Waited over double the time they
specified for an order. If it's
going to take 2 hours, then make
that clear, from BEFORE ordering.
To place an order, be told it's
going to be an hour, and then for
it to take just over TWO HOURS to
turn up is not acceptable.
I was on live chat with someone,
and they struggled to get hold of
the restaurant, as was I. First
time on chat I was told the
'order is on it's way'. Err, no
it wasn't. don't try and fob us
off. Keep us informed and be
honest, and we're more likely to
use your services again.
